Flavourit Spices Trading Limited is an initiative under the auspices of Spices Board to bring together progressive farmers and grassroots organizations working in the spices sector. Committed to sustain the passion of Indian spices and betterment of farmers, FSTL strives to lend a helping hand to the small and marginal spice growers, collectives, and developmental ventureflv#21^^s to bring the economic and social inclusion.

With the aim of promoting sustainability at all levels of business, FSTL attempts to streamline the efforts of people working at grassroots with market forces. FSTL procures quality spices from the farmers directly, providing them a trade channel to promote their products in the market with better earnings. It supports the small-scale value-added spice brands in promoting their products through an opportunity for co-branding under the ‘Flavourit’ brand. The idea is to help them grow through sustainable cooperation.

The doctrine of FSTL is to project the long and continuing Indian tradition of spices; its deep and strong interactions in socio-economic and cultural realms. It functions as platform to hoist the various requirements of all stakeholders in the spices sector. FSTL is also committed to health and wellness of people and planet. It ensures natural taste and aroma of the spices, packaged in eco-friendly ways, suitable for modern lifestyle.

Application for the post of Executive ( Digital Marketing) on contract basis

Flavourit Spices Trading Limited is a company promoted by Spices Board engaged in the promotion of  retail trade and export of spices . The company is running at profit and has an average turnover of Rs. 2.75 crores in normal years. The company has retail outlets at Spices Board HO at Sugandha Bhavan, Lulu Mall and Dilli Haat Janakpuri. The company has major plans to augment sales through digital marketing and canvassing of corporate orders . The company intents to apply one executive ( Digital marketing ) on contract basis. The candidate should  have the following qualifications.

Qualifications:  MBA (Marketing) with 1 year post-qualification experience in digital marketing or BBA ( Marketing ) with 3 years post-qualification experience.
Age : Below 35 years
Remuneration: Rs. 30000 Plus performance-based incentive.

The appointment is initially for a period of one year and is likely to be extended based on the performance of the candidate.
